This Alejandro Lopez Corona cigar is made in the Dominican Republic and is wrapped with a genuine Connecticut Shade Wrapper. It has a firm though supple construction and an easy draw with a copious amount of smoke. It burns quite evenly and slow. The aroma is medium flavoured, while it has a medium bodied intensity. It begins with a clear, soft and smooth mouthfeel with a cool and slightly sparkling-creamy character. The taste has some sweet-spicy elements with nutty flavours, while the long, somewhat creamy aftertaste contains a peppery undertone. The medium bodied scent has impressions of sweet wood and herbal notes with touches of honey and caramel. Very tasty and fine perfumed cigar with a good balance between complexity and accessability and a very pleasant and quite refined aroma.
