Camacho Cigars – Tradition and Strength
The brand Camacho is renowned among cigar enthusiasts for medium to full-bodied cigars of premium quality. Its history is marked by transformation: company founder Simon Camacho was forced to leave his homeland Cuba after Fidel Castro's revolution. He established a business in Florida, which quickly gained international success, reportedly counting Winston Churchill among its clients. In the 1990s, the Eiroa family moved production to Central America. Since then, Camacho cigars have been manufactured in Honduras.
The World of Camacho Cigars
In 2008, the Eiroa family sold the brand rights and the Tabacalera Rancho Jamastran for approximately 35 million USD to the Swiss Oettinger Davidoff Group. Christian Eiroa initially remained part of the company, setting new standards with his own creations starting in 2012.

Mild elegance with full flavor: Camacho Connecticut
With his brands CLE and Eiroa, Christian Eiroa created a sensation. His Tabacaleras Unidas and the factory El Aladino in Danlí, Honduras, are now regarded as significant centers of cigar production in Honduras and Nicaragua.
Relaunch in 2014
In 2014, Camacho, by then part of the Oettinger Davidoff Group, underwent a comprehensive rebranding. With a focus on power and strength, the motto "The Bold Standard" was introduced, and the logo was updated to feature a scorpion. Camacho describes this transformation as "turning up the volume," deliberately making bold statements.

Powerful cigars with character: Camacho Corojo
Despite the brand's new image, it has remained true to its roots. The proven product range was only optimized with targeted blend adjustments. Popular formats such as Corona, Robusto, and Toro remain available, while the flavor profiles have been carefully refined. This combination of tradition and innovation makes Camacho cigars an uncompromising choice for connoisseurs who value quality and intensity.
